Welcome to the Dewi Dippers, the cold-water swimming community at the heart of 4 Dewi. What began as a simple idea has grown into a powerful movement of connection, courage, and wellbeing. We believe that sometimes the most powerful way to lift your spirits and strengthen your mind is to step into the cold water together—and come out feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected.
The Dewi Dippers is more than just swimming; it is about community, support, and shared experience. Whether you are looking to improve your mental wellbeing, build physical resilience, challenge yourself in a new way, or simply find a welcoming group of people to talk, laugh, and share a flask of tea with, you will find a place here.
Every dip represents something bigger—showing up for yourself, showing up for others, and being part of a community that understands the value of connection and support. Together, we face the cold, and together we build strength that lasts far beyond the water.

We meet regularly to support one another and enjoy the benefits of cold-water immersion in a welcoming, community-focused environment. There is no pressure and no competition—just encouragement, connection, and shared experience.

What to bring: Swimwear or wetsuit, a towel, warm clothing, and a hot drink to enjoy afterwards
